Engage in personal and empathetic counselling sessions designed specifically for adults, teens, and children. Throughout our sessions together I will focus on providing a safe and supportive environment to help you navigate through your emotions and healing process.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing SJM Counselling Service. To help sessions run smoothly and ensure availability for all clients, please take a moment to read the booking policy below. Bookings Sessions must be booked in advance through the agreed booking method. Payment is required at-least 24hrs before to secure your session. Cancellations If you need to cancel your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session fee, as the time cannot usually be filled at short notice. Rescheduling You are welcome to reschedule your appointment with 24 hours’ notice at no extra cost. Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly. Missed Sessions If you do not attend your booked session without prior notice, the full fee will be charged. By booking a session, you agree to these terms. These guidelines help protect the time, care, and preparation that goes into each session, ensuring you receive consistent and reliable support.
